Unitron Discover
The Unitron Discover uses the Unitron ‘Flex’ system, separating the internal hardware from the technology level. This means that as you ear your Hearing Aids if it becomes apparent that a different technology level would be more suited for you, your audiologist can upgrade your system for you, at just the price for the upgrade. This saves you having to pay for new Hearing Aids as your hearing may deteriorate further over time.

One of the main concerns with hearing loss is the inability to hold a conversation. Hearing loss may make you feel like you are a burden on a conversation, unable to keep up, or having to ask for repetitions. This can lead to those suffering hearing loss feeling cut off from the world, or unable to continue a social life. The Tempus Hearing Aids were inspired by the drive to help everyone be able to enjoy conversation. Unitron have used a high-performance platform to empower people during conversation, including those that may take place in environments with high levels of background noise.

Unitron North Pro
Unitron’s North Pro uses their ‘North’ processing chip, alongside a range of features to aid your hearing. The ‘Soundnav’ analyses your environment and will adapt its settings to best suit your environment. The Aids come with seven environmental presets to aid you; conversations in quiet, conversations in a small group, conversations in a crowd, conversations in noise, general noise without speech present, quiet and music.
‘Binaural spatial processing’ and ‘Speechzone 2’ allow your Hearing Aids to acknowledge where the sounds are coming from and prevent you being cut off from other sounds around you whilst allowing you to focus on speech at the same time.

The TV Connector allows you to stream your programmes directly to your Hearing Aids, offering a high standard of sound to enjoy your TV favourites with.
Unitron’s UStream offers discreet connectivity to wireless devices, like mobile phones, TVs and Bluetooth MP3 players.
UDirect 3 is a sleek, hands-free accessory to let you enjoy direct connections to communication and entertainment devices, like mobile phones, TVs, FM receivers and MP3 players, with stereo sound and long battery life.
The UMic is a personal wireless microphone system lets patients hear their companions more easily in challenging listening environments.
Remote Control 2 allows you to easily change settings at a touch of a button.
Aftercare
Richmond Hearing provides free aftercare for the life of the Hearing Aids.
On the newer Unitron models the Unitron app will allow for Remote Care. This enables us to programme the Hearing Aid from anywhere in the world by way of a virtual appointment.
You can make appointments to be seen in our clinics, or home visits can be arranged if required.
Purchases of replacement Batteries, Wax Guards, Domes and Sports Locks for your Hearing Aids are available from Richmond Hearing.
