Now superseded by the Leox range, the Bernafon Juna offered hearing technology to meet your needs even in more challenging soundscapes. The technology used focuses on making speech understanding easier. The noise reduction within the Hearing Aids works to detect and manage noise in environments where reverberation can occur. The technology in the Juna works to eradicate the negative impact these noises can have on speech understanding and listening comfort. The technology constantly analyses the environment and adapts to it so that the user can experience better comfort even in noise.

To get the most from your Bernafon Hearing Aids it is worth investing in some of the compatible accessories. These include;
SoundClip-A – The all-rounder for hands-free phone conversations from iPhone® and modern smartphones. It improves communication at a distance and in very noisy environments. You can also use it to change volume and pick up phone calls.
TV-A – This TV box streams the sound from the TV directly to Viron hearing instruments in Dolby Digital Stereo sound quality.
RC-A – The RC-A remote control communicates with Viron hearing instruments using wireless technology and allows for discreet volume and program changes.
EasyControl-A app for mobile phone. The app can be used to regulate volume, change program settings, monitor your battery level and use the helpful “Find my hearing instrument” function.

Richmond Hearing provides free aftercare for the life of the Hearing Aids
With the release of Alpha, Bernafon also released their new BernafonControl Connect app which allows us to remotely access you Hearing Aids.
You can make appointments to be seen in our clinics, or home visits can be arranged if required.
Purchases of replacement Batteries, Wax Guards, Domes and Sports Locks for your Hearing Aids are available from Richmond Hearing.
